The newly dead are buried in ceramic and that keeps them that way. Alice comes to the scene of a particularly enraged Blue Light. A little girl who misses her Daddy and has a man she says is her father and his family locked in her electrical grip. Who is this former girl? Why does her 'father' have no knowledge of who she is?
